Important: Only copyright infringement notices should be sent to the Copyright Agent. All other inquiries will be ignored.

2. Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice for completeness and compliance with DMCA requirements
  2. Investigate the alleged infringement
  3. If the notice is valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  4. Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) and provide them with a copy of the takedown notice
  5. Maintain records of the takedown notice and our actions in accordance with applicable law

We typically process valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours of receipt. However, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the volume of notices received.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.

3.1 Required Information for Counter-Notification

A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Physical or Electronic Signature: Your signature
  2. Identification of Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal
  3. Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent

3.2 Counter-Notification Process

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification:

  1. We will forward the counter-notification to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
  2. We will inform them that we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless they file a court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity
  3. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to:

  • Track and identify repeat infringers based on valid DMCA notices
  • Suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright
  • Block access to our Sites for repeat infringers
  • Take any other action we deem appropriate to prevent repeat infringement

5. False or Fraudulent Notices

Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notification is illegal and may result in:
